The Main Level.
The main level includes four distinct and interconnected rooms, a charming central bar, two gender-neutral restrooms, and private access to Walnut Street Patio. Designed with exposed brick walls, 10-foot original windows, 15-foot ceilings, and crystal and glass chandeliers, the main level accommodates up to 65 people seated. Included in the main level rental, Walnut Street Patio accommodates an additional 100 guests seated or 150 guests standing.
The Second Level.
The second level has two distinct and interconnected rooms with a large gender-neutral bathroom and a screened balcony with impeccable views of downtown Bloomington. This level can accommodate up to 40 people seated.
Walnut Street Patio
Walnut Street Patio is a spacious, private patio featuring seating for up to 100 guests or reception space for 150-175. The patio space includes romantic bistro lighting, lounge areas, heat lamps, and tables and chairs for seated events.
